balance Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a passionate,
innovative, and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our
team in the manufacturing industry. This is a fantastic opportunity
for a talented individual who is looking to make a significant
impact on the way we develop and deliver our products. You will be
working with a dedicated team of engineers and developers,
collaborating to solve complex problems and create cutting-edge
software solutions. This role will allow you to leverage your
technical skills in vb.net, c/c++, c language, sql, oracle, and
troubleshooting while also providing you with the opportunity to
develop new skills and grow professionally. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications for
manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal functionality and
efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define,
design, and implement new software features and functionalities.
Integrate internal applications with existing systems and legacy
tools to streamline operations and improve productivity. Provide
technical support for software applications, troubleshooting
issues, and implementing solutions to ensure minimal disruption to
manufacturing processes. Conduct system analysis and performance
testing to optimize software for maximum speed, security, and
scalability. Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality
code. Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them into
operations and activities. Develop technical documents and
handbooks to accurately represent application design and code.
Mentor junior software engineers, providing guidance and support to
foster their professional development. Qualifications: Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A
minimum of 5 years of experience in software development,
preferably in the manufacturing industry. Proven experience with
vb.net, c/c++, c language, sql, oracle, and troubleshooting.
Experience with internal applications and legacy tool integration.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and
processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to
detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and teamwork
skills. Strong understanding of the software development life
cycle. Ability to mentor and guide junior software engineers.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
