Job Description:

Jersey Shore Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in providing expert rehabilitation services in a post-acute care setting. Our Physical Therapists play a pivotal role in implementing customized treatment plans to enhance and expedite the recovery process for our patients who have undergone surgery, illness, or injury. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, tailored to the specific needs of our patients, encouraging them through their recovery journeys. Evaluate patients’ physical condition and establish personalized intervention plans Implement therapy techniques for pain management, mobility restoration, and overall functional enhancement Assist patients with exercises, mobility apparatus, and other therapeutic interventions Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan or coordinate treatment, drawing from patient history and physical assessments Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed Provide guidelines and education to patients and their families about treatment plans and how to facilitate recovery at home Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Excellent interpersonal communication abilities Proficient in using physical therapy software and equipment Capability to handle physical demands of patient assistance and therapeutic activities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid physical therapy license Certification from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) is advantageous
