Job Description Job Description Direct Support Professional (DSP) Location: Warminster 19040 and 18974 Position Type: Contract Compensation: Up to $20/hour Schedule: Flexible, with availability for weekdays , overnight shifts , weekends , and other variable hours as needed Requirements: A current and valid driver's license (required for community-based homes) At least 3 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree in any subject (required) Position Summary: We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and energetic Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide high-quality support to individuals with Developmental Disabilities . This role involves assisting individuals with activities of daily living, implementing personalized care plans, and encouraging participation in social and community-based activities. Work is carried out under the supervision of a higher-level professional and follows established procedures and care routines. Performance is monitored through daily observation, feedback, and reports. Staff are expected to follow shift guidelines provided by the supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Assist individuals with day-to-day living tasks Support individuals with personal hygiene and care needs Transport and accompany individuals to medical appointments and community outings Administer prescribed medications (if certified) Maintain accurate documentation of services provided Provide companionship and emotional support Help ensure a safe, organized, and supportive living environment This is a great opportunity for professionals who are passionate about making a difference and want a flexible schedule that includes weekdays , weekends , and overnight shifts .
