(DSP) Location: Philadelphia, PA Compensation Rate: Up to $20/hour,
depending on experience Schedule: PRN (as needed) Contract Length:
26 weeks Job Summary: We are seeking caring, compassionate, and
energetic Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide supportive
living services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental
Disabilities (IDDs) in a residential setting. DSPs will assist with
daily living activities, promote independence, and provide
companionship and emotional support within a safe, respectful, and
structured environment. You will be scheduled to work at one
facility per day , with assignments rotating between locations in
the following areas and ZIP codes: Philadelphia, Bala Cynwyd,
Wynnewood, Narberth, Penn Valley, and Villanova . Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age Bachelor’s degree in a related
field (required) Minimum of 3 years of experience working with
individuals with IDDs Valid driver’s license Access to your own
vehicle (required) Key Responsibilities: Assist individuals with
daily living tasks Provide personal care and hygiene support
Transport and accompany individuals to appointments or community
outings Administer prescribed medications (if certified) Maintain
accurate documentation of services provided Offer companionship and
basic emotional or psychological support Support the creation of a
safe, clean, and structured living environment This is a rewarding,
