dynamic and strategic Market Service Manager to join our team. This
role is crucial for building and leading a team focused on
maximizing market share and developing our business in key markets
through outstanding customer service and innovative sales
strategies. Develop, align, and execute sales strategies tailored
to increase the customer base in the uniform rental and facility
services market. Lead and mentor a team of sales and service
professionals, ensuring that each team member is adequately trained
and motivated. Monitor market and competitor activity within the
uniform rental and facility sectors to forecast trends and inform
team strategy. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients,
ensuring that all customer service issues are resolved promptly and
efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to enhance service
delivery and create integrated strategies that drive client
satisfaction and business growth. Prepare detailed reports on
market analysis, sales outcomes, and strategic plans for review
with senior management. Ensure compliance with all industry-related
safety and workplace regulations. Strong leadership and people
management skills Proven ability to develop and implement
successful sales strategies Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Knowledge of the uniform rental and facility
services industry Ability to work well under pressure and meet
sales targets Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
applications Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
