What You’ll Do: The Director of Digital is a key leader within TKO
Global Partnerships, responsible for driving the strategy,
execution, and evolution of digital-first partnership programs
across the Global Partnerships portfolio. This role is a hands-on,
execution-focused leader who translates digital vision into
scalable, high-impact programs that deliver measurable business
results for partners. The Director will lead digital strategy and
execution across assigned partners, overseeing social, content,
influencer, and emerging platform initiatives while helping build
the systems, processes, and team capabilities required to scale
digital excellence. This individual has led complex digital
workstreams, supported global RFPs, and partnered closely with
internal stakeholders to bring bold digital ideas to life. As a
senior member of the Digital leadership team, the Director is
responsible for ensuring digital programs are thoughtfully
designed, operationally sound, and flawlessly executed. They are a
trusted partner to internal teams and external stakeholders, known
for strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to
elevate work through both strategy and execution. This leader is
future-focused but execution-driven—constantly identifying
opportunities to strengthen digital offerings, improve workflows,
and deliver innovative, business-building digital experiences for
TKO partners. Lead digital strategy and execution across assigned
Global Partnerships, delivering integrated digital programs that
drive audience growth, engagement, and commercial impact. Own
day-to-day leadership of digital-first initiatives, including
social strategy, channel management, content planning, influencer
and creator programs, emerging platforms and marketing solutions
for partners. Translate partner objectives into scalable digital
solutions that align with brand priorities and business goals.
Serve as a senior, day-to-day point of contact for partners,
providing proactive guidance, innovative recommendations, and
consistent leadership across digital initiatives. Lead and develop
high-performing teams, including directors, managers, and
specialists, fostering accountability, growth, and collaboration.
Support global RFPs and new business efforts by contributing to
digital strategy, execution planning, and commercialization models.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development,
Partnership Marketing, Production, Operations, Data, and other
internal teams to ensure digital programs are aligned, executable,
and impactful. Oversee high-profile campaigns and live moments,
ensuring quality, consistency, and excellence across all digital
touchpoints. Help scale digital capabilities by improving
processes, workflows, and systems while maintaining best-in-class
creative and execution standards. Stay ahead of emerging platforms,
creator ecosystems, and digital trends to inform partner strategy
and future offerings. Lead by example in modeling enterprise
values, positively influencing culture, and holding teams
accountable for excellence and results. Data & Analytics – Brings
strong data and analytics expertise across digital platforms to
drive insight-led decisions. You Have These: 8-10 years of
experience in digital and social marketing within an agency and/or
brand environment, with a proven track record of delivering
social-first and content-driven programs at scale. Deep expertise
in social media strategy and execution, with strong knowledge of
influencer marketing, paid social, content strategy, and emerging
platforms. Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams,
including managers and senior individual contributors. Strong
communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly
articulate strategy, influence stakeholders, and build trust with
partners. Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously,
balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Operational
excellence, with the ability to translate strategy into executable
plans and maintain high standards across teams and partners.
Experience working in sports, entertainment, media, or
