Summary: We’re looking for a strategic, relationship driven
Manager, Influencer Marketing to grow, nurture, and retain a
thriving community of creators who authentically champion our
brand. This role sits at the intersection of community building,
content strategy, data analytics, and cultural storytelling.
You’ll? own the full lifecycle of influencer engagement: from
discovery and onboarding to long-term? partnership development,
while ensuring our creator ecosystem drives measurable brand and
business impact. Key Responsibilities Creator Community Management
Build, scale, and maintain a diverse community of creators across
tiers and platforms. Develop long-term? relationships that foster
loyalty, advocacy, and ongoing collaboration. Serve as the primary
point of contact for creators, talent managers, and agencies.
Campaign & Content Execution Lead end-to-end? execution of
sponsored content programs, from briefing to approvals to
performance tracking. Manage product seeding initiatives that drive
organic buzz and earned media value. Identify opportunities for
cocreation, ambassador programs, and ?always on? storytelling.
Creator Experiences, Events & Entertaining Plan and host intimate
gatherings, dinners, and experiential activations that strengthen
creator relationships. Partner with cross-functional? teams to
concept and produce creator events and trips. Ensure all
experiences reflect the brand’s aesthetic, values, and storytelling
priorities. Data, Insights & Reporting Use data analytics to track
EMV, performance, and retention. Translate data into actionable
insights that inform strategy, creator selection, and content
optimization. Build monthly and campaign reports for internal
stakeholders, highlighting wins, learnings, and opportunities.
Cross Functional? Collaboration Partner closely with PR, Product
Marketing, Paid, Social, Creative, and eCommerce teams to ensure
influencer initiatives ladder up to broader business goals.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to align seeding and launch
strategies. Work with legal and finance teams to manage contracts,
compliance, and budgets. Operational Excellence Manage influencer
budgets, contracts, timelines, and deliverables with precision.
Maintain organized workflows, databases, and creator pipelines.
Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and scale.
Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in influencer marketing Deep
familiarity with fashion creators, trends, and seasonal
storytelling, with prior experience managing influencer programs
for a fashion brand. Proven track record of building and managing
creator communities. Deep understanding of Creator IQ, EMV, and
influencer performance metrics. Strong negotiation, communication,
and relationship building? skills. Ability to balance creativity
with analytical rigor. Experience managing budgets and multiple
concurrent campaigns. Passion for culture, social platforms, and

function. Annual Salary Pay Range $100,000—$110,000 USD Rules we
