Job Description Job Description About the Job The purpose of
this position is to accurately pack, scan, and stage orders using
Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring strict
adherence to cGMP, GDP, and company SOPs. We are seeking a
detail-oriented and reliable Distribution Associate to join
Glenmark’s distribution team. *Please note this is a 2nd shift
position with the hours of 10:00am - 6:30pm Job Responsibilities
Note: These statements are not intended to be an exhaustive list of
all responsibilities and duties. Pack and stage customer orders
based on system-directed tasks using RF scanners integrated with
Manhattan WMS. Verify product lot numbers, expiry dates, and
quantities during picking to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical
traceability and labeling standards Coordinate with wave planners
and group leads to ensure timely order fulfilment and correct
staging of outbound shipments. Maintain FDA and DEA regulatory
compliance by ensuring cleanroom integrity and proper handling of
temperature-sensitive and controlled substances. Prepare orders for
shipment by palletizing and staging them according to destination
zones and transportation requirements Participate in cycle counts,
audits, and ongoing distribution process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with Inventory Control and Quality teams to report
inventory discrepancies or damaged goods Performs general
housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the dock and
inventory areas; includes hands-on cleaning and maintenance along
with organization and interpersonal skills to coordinate with other
department and outside waste disposal vendor. Assist Distribution
in achieving a high level of productivity, promoting good business
practices, and training peers on standard operating procedures
(SOPs) and current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) Follows
Glenmark Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures
Assist in other distribution functional areas as necessary
Qualifications Education HS Diploma required Experience 1-3 Years
of Distribution Experience Knowledge and Skills WMS (Manhattan)
experience required Familiarity with DEA, DSCSA, and cGMP
compliance. Experience with RF technology Strong attention to
detail and commitment to accuracy in high-volume settings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organizational
Skills Time Management Experience in the Pharmaceutical and or
Medical Device Industry preferred. Ability to work OT and weekends
when needed MHE – Material Handling Equipment certification
Physical Demands and Abilities The incumbent typically works in a
warehouse environment and the noise level in the work environment
is typical of that of an warehouse. Incumbent may encounter
frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The incumbent is
regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to
use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk,
reach, bend or lift up to 40 pounds Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range - $40,000 - 50,000 USD The compensation range provided
reflects the expected base compensation only and does not include
potential bonuses, incentive plans, or benefits. An individual’s
final compensation offer will be based on a variety of factors,
including but not limited to education level, relevant experience,
