HumanHire has partnered with one of the country's largest food manufacturers and distributors that is looking to add a Production Reporting Clerk to the team in Manorville!. The Production Reporting Clerk is responsible for accurately processing and verifying daily production data to ensure data integrity and support various operational teams. We Offer: Pay: $20 - $25/hr OT! Schedule: M-F (8am – 5pm) with rotating Saturdays Opportunity to join one of LI’s most reputable companies for the next 3 months! Responsibilities: Review daily production reports to calculate the total daily output and identify any errors or discrepancies Enter alphanumeric data accurately from production paperwork into the ERP system Verify finished goods quantities and ensure any open jobs are properly closed out in the ERP system Run multiple reports to cross-verify reported finished goods quantities and the closure status of jobs in the ERP system Provide cross-functional support to the Inventory Management, Logistics, Customer Service, and Manufacturing Teams Maintain data accuracy and resolve issues or discrepancies through effective communication Perform physical tasks including frequently moving throughout manufacturing and warehouse locations to pick up and transport paperwork Qualifications: 1 year of experience in a Data Entry or administrative role NetSuite experience is a plus!
