is seeking a mid-to-senior level trial attorney licensed in both
New Jersey and New York . The ideal candidate will bring strong
litigation experience and the ability to manage cases
independently. Responsibilities Admission to both the New Jersey
and New York bars (required). Federal court admission and practice
experience (preferred). Solid background in trial practice .
Experience in insurance fraud and recovery actions (a strong plus).
Exceptional research, writing, and courtroom skills. Qualifications
Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an
accredited law school and bar exam Active member of the American
Bar Association (ABA) Strong verbal and written communication
skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite Strong negotiation
and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate with colleagues
