Competitive pay Job Details Responsibilities: As a Permanent
Paralegal (Real Estate), you will play a crucial role in supporting
our legal team with various real estate transactions and projects.
Your responsibilities will include: 1. Reviewing and preparing real
estate documents, including loan documents, foreclosure documents,
and title work. 2. Assisting attorneys with all aspects of real
estate transactions, from inception to closing. 3. Conducting
comprehensive research on property, zoning, title, and other
relevant issues. 4. Coordinating with clients, attorneys, and other
stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. 5. Managing and
organizing large volumes of complex documents; creating and
maintaining files and databases. 6. Preparing and filing legal
documents with appropriate entities. 7. Ensuring compliance with
all legal standards and regulations. 8. Providing administrative
support as needed, including scheduling meetings, maintaining
calendars, and drafting correspondence. Qualifications: To be
considered for the Permanent Paralegal (Real Estate) position, you
should possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 2
years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in the Real Estate
sector in a law firm, environment 2. Proficient knowledge of
foreclosure, loan documents, title work, and entity documents. 3. A
Bachelors Degree is required. Paralegal certificate or equivalent
legal qualification is preferred. 4. Exceptional research skills
and attention to detail. 5. Strong organizational skills, with the
ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
