us! Job Description: This job is responsible for planning and
coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which
requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key
responsibilities include communicating target outcomes,
coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of
program health, and managing program risks, compliance and
financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the
client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline,
and cost and facilitating sync points between business and
technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners. Job Profile
Summary: Digital Assets presents an exciting opportunity to derive
valuable insights from data and to drive revenue growth,
efficiencies, and improved business processes. Technology
collaborates closely with Global Markets Business and Platform
teams in the design and buildout of the Global Markets Digital
Asset Platform. The platform will cater to a growing number of use
cases that harness the power of Distributed Ledger Technology.
Global Markets Digital Asset Platform will be built on an
infrastructure landscape that leverage cloud services and
on-premises solutions for scalability and compliance. This role is
responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined
deliverables for a larger program which requires engagement from
teams across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include
communicating the target outcomes, coordinating delivery, managing
risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing visibility
into the health of the program. This role ensures execution and
delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target
outcomes, timeline, and cost. They manage financials for the
program, assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points
between business and technology leaders across multiple groups.
Responsibilities: Leads and coordinates routines to support
delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews,
stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates Broadens
relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple
organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk Establishes target
outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders Tracks
success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and
leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery,
performance, risks, issues, and schedule Collaborates with sponsors
and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with
deliverable requirements Manages program financials and supports
resource planning Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change
Management standards Establish the target outcomes in partnership
with the stakeholders and leaders. Establish and build
relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple
organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk. Coordinate and
facilitate program/project routines (for example, kick-offs, status
reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates,
etc.) Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple
organizations. Promote / facilitate communication and collaboration
across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline.
Required Qualifications: Deep program / project management
experience. Prior experience as a project manager for cross team
software development initiatives working with agile development
methodology Familiarity in platform capabilities with solid
understanding of inter-system dependencies. Proven ability to
operate across multiple organizations, disciplines, locations, and
time zones. Meticulous & highly organized Strong analytical and
problem solving skills Self-motivated, self-managed with strong
sense of ownership and accountability Collaborative high-integrity
team player with a focus on delivery Excellent verbal and written
communication skills Ability to communicate effectively to a wide
range of audience (business stakeholders, developer & support
teams) Skilled at negotiation, setting expectations and delivering
difficult messages effectively Strong relationship management and
networking skills Ability to handle pressure & conflict. Adaptable
to shifting & competing priorities Proficiency in project
management tools e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence Desired
Qualifications: Professional experience in Capital Markets

$115,000.00 - $190,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be
determined based on experience, education and skill set.
