Job Description:
Fidelity Investments is seeking a seasoned Trading Architect to
design and implement robust trading systems and platforms. This
role entails harnessing cutting-edge technology to enhance our
trading capabilities, ensuring optimal performance and strategic
advantage in the markets. The ideal candidate will bring a deep
understanding of both trading workflows and modern technology
stacks, contributing innovative solutions to complex challenges in
a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Design and develop scalable and
responsive trading platforms according to business needs.
Collaborate with IT and trading teams to integrate technologies and
optimize trading strategies. Implement data-driven solutions to
monitor performance and mitigate risks. Stay abreast of the latest
industry trends in financial technologies and trading solutions.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and security requirements
associated with trading systems. Expertise in programming languages
like Java, C++, or Python. Strong grasp of algorithmic trading,
market mechanics, and financial instruments. Proficiency in
database management and data analysis tools. Experience with cloud
platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong problem-solving skills

Security Professional (CISSP) CFA Charterholder preferred but not
mandatory Certified Scrum Master (CSM) for agile project
