Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is seeking a Financial Institution Strategic
Partner Manager to join our dynamic Business Development &
Strategic Planning team. This role involves developing strategic
partnerships with financial institutions to enhance our service
offerings and drive growth. The successful candidate will manage
relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities for
new collaborations, ensuring alignment with our strategic
objectives and commitment to innovation. Develop and execute
strategic partnership plans with financial institutions. Manage and
deepen relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual
strategic alignment. Identify and pursue new partnership
opportunities to expand our market reach and enhance product
offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align
partnership goals with overall business strategy. Negotiate and
close partnership deals while managing contractual agreements.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to
inform partnership strategies. Facilitate seamless integration of
services between partners and our platforms, promoting innovative
solutions. Prepare and present progress reports to senior
management on partnership development and impact. Strong
negotiation and relationship management skills Proven ability to
develop strategic plans and execute them effectively Knowledge of
financial services and payment technology markets Ability to work
collaboratively across teams and with varying seniority levels
within and outside the organization Strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and presentation

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred but
