billing and business intelligence solution that monitors and
automates the entire EMS revenue lifecycle. Digitech leverages its
proprietary technology to offer fully outsourced services that
maximize collections, protect compliance, and deliver results for
clients Summary: The Implementations Project Manager is responsible
for successful onboarding of new EMS Billing clients into
Digitech’s proprietary billing platform. You will be responsible
for building relationships with clients and potential business
partners. This is a client-facing role that requires an individual
who understands the dynamics of client relationships, is
comfortable representing the organization, and presenting
information. Previous experience reading and interpreting contracts
or formal documents is desired. EMS experience and/or knowledge or
understanding of medical terminology is helpful, but not required.
Strong technical knowledge is a plus. This is a remote position,
however on-site in our Chappaqua, NY office is preferred. Limited
travel is required (less than 5%). Oranizational Impact: In this
role for Digitech, you are our brand ambassador for our clients and
the patients that they serve. You impact your line of business by
ensuring our current clients’ needs are addressed and issues are
resolved, and that our organization is always represented in a
professional manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •
Manage the onboarding of new clients and act as the primary point
of contact during onboarding phase. • Establish and build
relationships with key client decision makers. • Interpret and
understand client contracts and ensure we meet all contractual
requirements during implementation. • Ability to learn and discuss
our entire suite of billing software and implementation process. •
Able to collaborate with all internal teams including Account
Management, Integration, Credentialing, Billing, Software
Developers, and Sales as needed. • Prioritize workload to meet
deadlines across multiple clients and vendors. • Understand
relationships with vendors of Electronic Patient Care
Records(ePCR), Hospital/Health Data Exchange, Computer Aided
Dispatch (CAD), and Credit Card Merchants. • Schedule/Attend weekly
calls between Digitech, client, and third-party support staff as
needed. • Review various file types, including but not limited to:
XML, HL7, CSV, XLS, and other files. • Facilitate the reviewing and
signing of legal, security and VPN user documents. • Troubleshoot
issues with files according to the connections import
specifications. • Work with clients and/or vendors to gain access
to their applications for record transmissions, file search, data
reconciliations, interface configuration, report writing and
scheduling. • Attend team calls and report on week’s activities,
blockers to work effort, and work completed. • Document new work
tickets and work/monitor assigned tickets. • Maintain status of
work within the implementation plan pipeline. • Work/Resolve
production issues pre and post Go Live. • Escalate high severity
issues to senior level team members, or vendors as needed. • Uphold
company and security compliance policies. • Complete special
projects or other duties as assigned. Skills/Experience Required: •
EMT or Dispatcher experience helpful, but not required. •
Familiarity of NEMSIS data set is desired, but not required. •
Experience with analyzing and troubleshooting technical, data, or
workflow driven issues preferred. • Experience with electronic file
and storage methods is helpful. • Experience with Microsoft office
suite. • Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus. • Knowledge
of system development processes as a business/systems analyst –
SDLC. Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
