Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Perform
comprehensive history and physical examinations in accordance with
current standards of care Diagnose and treat acute and chronic
medical conditions across the lifespan (Family Medicine) or adult
population (Internal Medicine) Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and
laboratory results Prescribe medications and other therapies as
appropriate Provide preventive care services, including routine
screenings, immunizations, and health education Manage chronic
diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and cardiovascular
conditions Conduct follow-up visits and coordinate care with
specialists as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in
the electronic health record (EHR) Participate in quality
improvement initiatives and case conferences Collaborate with
nurses, medical assistants, social workers, and other healthcare
professionals to ensure continuity of care Comply with all federal,
state, and organizational policies and procedures Qualifications MD
or DO from an accredited medical school (or NP/PA with relevant
certification, if applicable) Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active and unrestricted state
medical license DEA registration Current BLS certification (ACLS
preferred) Minimum of [1–3] years of clinical experience in a
