Job Description Are you a full desk Recruiter? Do you have a passion for Life Sciences? Read more We are seeking dedicated recruiters to join our Life Sciences division. The key role for this position is formulating and building relationships as well as growth within the market. We deliver People Intelligence, Employer Branding and Employee Experience solutions for STEM institutions – with a unique focus on Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, Financial Services and Legal sectors. Unparalleled market knowledge, unwavering drive and steadfast efficiency are what define our success. This person should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. Responsibilities Apply superior full-cycle recruitment and techniques in a 360 capacity Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions Conduct interviews via phone or in-person Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify high caliber candidates while maintaining a healthy pipeline Engage passive candidates Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews Qualifications Proven success within the Life Sciences Field Effective communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Experience working with Microsoft Office suite High-energy and passion Demonstrated ability to meet quotas This position does require to be onsite in our NYC office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays).
