Description: My Independence at Home (MYIAH) is looking to fill
the position of the Full Time Human Resource Associate. MYIAH
provides home care services to the elderly and adults with physical
and intellectual developmental disabilities in Bucks, Chester,
Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. The role of the
Human Resource Associate is to provide all aspects of
administrative support to the Human Resource Department; including
but not limited to the following: JOB FUNCTIONS AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:Interviewing applicants and assisting with the
recruitment activities of caregiver staff (Certified Nursing
Assistants, Home Health Aides and Personal Care
Attendants)Confirming caregiver qualificationsEntering data into
the agency's client management and human resource
systemsScanning/uploading documentsReceive calls, messages and
routing correspondence appropriatelyMaintaining Microsoft (MS)
Excel reportsOther duties as assigned.Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:Previous HR experience a plusKnowledgeable about the
home care industry Ability to build rapport with all employeesACA
experience a plus, but not requiredProficient in MS Word, Outlook
and ExcelStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong
attention to detailTeam player who can also work alone when
necessaryBi-Lingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not requiredJOB
