Primary Care Physician Opportunities Hackensack Meridian Health Toms River & Shrewsbury, New Jersey Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking multiple Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join an established and growing primary care team in either Shrewsbury or Toms River, New Jersey. Position Details: - Excellent Work-Life Balance - No Hospital Call: Focus entirely on outpatient care without the burden of hospital rounds. - Manageable Patient Volume: See an average of 20-25 patients per day, allowing for meaningful patient interaction and quality care. - Dedicated Clinical Support: Work efficiently with your own dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). - Shared Practice Call: A light telephone-only call is shared on a fair rotation among 3 physicians. Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty. Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
