Role Summary As a Clinical Nurse Specialist at Solvemed, you will play a crucial role in our mission to transform care through innovative technology. Working alongside our commercial team, you'll champion the adoption of our advanced solutions in healthcare settings across Pennsylvania state. Your expertise will bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and practical clinical application, helping medical professionals integrate our tools into their daily practice to improve patient outcomes. Key Functions Train clinical teams on PuRe Pupillometer setup, operation, and integration into bedside neuro assessments Cover day, night, and weekend shifts to reach staff during active patient care Work with unit leaders to embed pupillometry into rounding protocols, documentation, and escalation pathways Lead follow-up education sessions at active accounts to reinforce best practices and drive broader adoption Support strategic partnerships across your region during expansions, new launches, or high-priority accounts Build strong relationships with nursing leadership and key clinical stakeholders Geographic Coverage & Travel Primary focus on healthcare facilities throughout Pennsylvania State Position requires consistent regional travel Professional Requirements Active Registered Nurse license Nursing degree (BSN) Specialized credential in critical care nursing recommended Minimum 3 years' experience in neurological or critical care or emergency care nursing environments preferred Familiarity with medical product implementation in clinical settings Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal Demonstrated success in delivering group education Exceptional planning and coordination capabilities Proactive work ethic with minimal supervision needed Current driver's license Residence within the designated service area Rewards Package Attractive financial compensation structure with performance rewards Extensive healthcare program Income protection coverage Retirement planning options Liberal personal time allowance Technology stipend Investment opportunities Continuing education support Prospects to grow into managerial and leadership sales roles Solvemed values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
