Job Description Pain Medicine Physician/ Chronic Pain Physician
Location: Wyoming Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking a
highly skilled and compassionate Pain Medicine Physician to join a
progressive, physician-run healthcare setting. This opportunity is

shape your practice within the field of pain management, while also
contributing to the advancement of regenerative medicine and
innovative treatments. You'll have the support you need to focus
solely on patient care and make meaningful clinical decisions.
Practice with clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden
Focus on chronic pain management and interventional procedures
Collaborate with a dedicated team of internists, specialists, and
behavioral health professionals Contribute to emerging treatments
in regenerative and functional medicine Enjoy a balanced schedule

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients
with chronic and acute pain. Diagnose pain-related conditions and
develop personalized treatment plans. Perform interventional
procedures including nerve blocks, epidural injections, and joint
injections. Prescribe and manage medications, monitoring for
efficacy and side effects. Collaborate with physical therapists,
surgeons, psychologists, and other providers. Educate patients on
their conditions and self-management strategies. Stay up to date
with advancements in pain medicine and regenerative therapies.
Maintain detailed, compliant medical records and uphold ethical
standards. Required Skills & Abilities Expertise in chronic pain
diagnosis and treatment Experience with or training in
interventional pain procedures Strong analytical, diagnostic, and
communication skills Ability to collaborate within a
multidisciplinary team Interest in regenerative or emerging medical
therapies is a plus Education & Experience Medical Degree (M.D. or
D.O.) from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board
Eligible in Pain Medicine (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or
Anaesthesiology backgrounds acceptable with Pain Fellowship) Active
state medical license and DEA registration Completion of a Pain
Management Fellowship Program Prior experience in interventional
pain procedures preferred Compensation & Benefits Highly
