Job Description We are seeking a Geriatrician to join one of our
adult primary care practices in office, nursing home and sub-acute
setting. Overview Our patient-centered philosophy combines

hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) for non-healing chronic wounds •
Geriatric Evaluation and Management Services (GEMS) for assessment
and care plan development for patients who suffer from Alzheimer's
