Start Date: ASAP About the Position Optometrist Join our dynamic
healthcare team as an Optometrist and make a meaningful impact in
patient vision care. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of
a new hospital-based FQHC clinic, providing essential services to
the community with a focus on comprehensive eye care. If you are

Responsibilities: Provide high-quality optometric evaluations and
treatments Manage general ocular health cases Collaborate with team
members, including participating in EMR training and shadowing
Serve a diverse patient population, ideally speaking Spanish Drive
to clinic locations as needed Required Skills: Valid optometry
license and board certification Minimum of 2 years of clinical
experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability
to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational
skills and attention to detail Nice to Have Skills: Bilingual
(Spanish fluency) Experience in hospital or FQHC settings Ability
to drive to multiple clinic locations Preferred Education and
Experience: Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited
institution At least 2 years of clinical practice experience Other
Requirements: Candidates must be local or able to self-fund travel;
client does not cover travel expenses Availability to work at least
on Wednesdays and Fridays, with potential for additional hours at
other locations Credentialing process may take 60-90 days
Preference for candidates comfortable with day shift (09:00 -
