What We’re Looking For: Licensed Therapist: Hold a valid license in psychotherapy, social work or psychology. Pre-Licensed Therapist: Master’s level therapist or social worker. Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices. Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centred care. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment. Professionalism: Demonstrates professionalism and reliability in maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical standards, as well as meeting client appointments and practice deadlines. Requirements: Current Professional Liability Insurance or willingness to obtain coverage prior to starting Ability to provide clearances and pass a criminal background check Proficient in conducting virtual therapy sessions using secure online platforms. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients remotely. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Reliable internet connection and a private workspace conducive to virtual therapy sessions.
