Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity
is ideal for an experienced Occupational Therapist with K-12
expertise, offering a dynamic role providing essential services
across multiple school locations. Serving in a travel capacity
within the Salem, OR region, this position enables you to make a
meaningful impact on students' educational experiences through
targeted therapeutic support. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
comprehensive occupational therapy services to students from
kindergarten through 12th grade. Collaborate with educators and
school staff to develop and implement individualized education
plans (IEPs). Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust
therapy strategies to meet student needs. Travel between assigned
schools including Willamina, Falls City, Sheridan, and Amity to
provide consistent therapy support. Maintain thorough documentation
and communicate effectively with families and school teams.
Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapist license with
experience serving school-age children. Demonstrated ability to
work effectively in diverse educational settings. Strong
communication skills and a collaborative approach. Flexibility and
commitment to travel between multiple school sites. Knowledge of
school-based therapy regulations and best practices. Contract
Details: .85 FTE position starting ASAP through June 10, 2026.
190-day school-year contract. Travel required between multiple
