Job Description:

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team of rehabilitation professionals. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, creating personalized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to help patients regain mobility and function. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the most effective treatment outcomes for our patients. Evaluate patient conditions and needs to develop effective treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions for patients based on their needs and capabilities. Monitor and report on patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary. Educate patients and their families on therapies and interventions. Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with health regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to tailor treatments for patients. Guide and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff. Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem-solving skills High level of empathy and ability to motivate patients Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice CPR certification is preferred
