Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) in Newton, New Jersey, and

Assessing patient needs and formulating individualized care plans.
Administering medications and monitoring for side effects and
effectiveness. Documenting all patient care and changes in
behavior. Working closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and a
multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educating patients and families on diagnosis and treatment plans.
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety
standards. Strong psychiatric and clinical skills. Excellent
interpersonal communication abilities. Ability to work autonomously
and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in the use of medical software for patient care
management. Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey. Basic Life
Support (BLS) certified. Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing
Certification (RN-BC) preferred but not required.
