Position Summary: We are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. Ideal candidates will manage a balanced caseload and be open to seeing children 5, with full clinical support and mentorship. This position offers flexibility to work both in-person and remotely. Our Commitment: We prioritize our clinicians well-being by offering: Paid-Time-Off, sick leave, paid holidays Supervision stipend for qualified candidates Full medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) benefits Training and flexible scheduling for work-life balance Primary Responsibilities: Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans Provide individual and group therapy sessions Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions Participate in clinical staff meetings and training Maintain documentation per company policies Qualifications: Masters degree in psychology, social work, or related field Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records( exp with Valant a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base Engage in social work activities to address patient needs. Participate in behavioral health interventions within the hospital setting.
