Job Description Job Description BlueCloud Staffing is seeking a
caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a
full-time School Nurse position at a Primary Center in Birdsboro,
PA . This role involves providing 1:1 nursing support to a student
during the school day, ensuring their health, safety, and
well-being in an educational setting. Responsibilities: Provide
individualized nursing care and daily health support for an
assigned student Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed, including G-tube feeding (experience preferred) Monitor
student health status and respond appropriately to medical needs or
emergencies Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare
providers to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate and
confidential health records Qualifications: Current Pennsylvania
LPN license (active and in good standing) Current CPR and First Aid
certification Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
G-tube experience strongly preferred Position Details: Location:
Primary Center, Birdsboro, PA Schedule: Full-time, school-day hours
(MondayFriday) Type: 1:1 assignment with a supportive team
