Maintain compliance with standards and procedures established by Medicare and private insurance companies. Keep clinical notes up-to-date, accurate, and completed within the designated time frame outlined by office policy. Exhibit proper etiquette and manners that reflect appropriate healthcare behavioral standards. Show kindness, empathy, and a high level of care to every patient who enters the clinic. Provide exceptional one-on-one patient care with a focus on outcomes and patient satisfaction Help manage and optimize patient volume through proactive communication and scheduling coordination Participate in community outreach and basic marketing efforts to promote the practice and profession Contribute to the positive, growth-oriented culture of the practice Collaborate with the team on strategies to improve patient retention and attract new patients Communicate with patients to encourage their commitment to the plan of care. Utilize effective time management skills to maximize time spent with patients. Foster a collegial and supportive relationship with colleagues. Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues through in-house education. Assist with clinical affiliations for students from physical therapy graduate programs.
