Drive Belleville New Jersey 07109 Requirements Clara Maass needs a
Psychiatrist for coverage. Work Location: Clara Maass Medical
Center Specialty: Psychiatry Coverage Dates Needed: Starting April
1, 2026 until position filled Please list any anticipated
procedures/surgeries the provider will be required to perform and
anticipated volumes. None Description of Work Assignment Complete
admission psychiatric evaluations and daily updates with patients,
complete treatment teams per policy Breakdown of Clinic
Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: Monday-Friday and weekend coverage
with start time on unit at 9am to do morning huddle with staff and
then see patients throughout day for daily updates and treatment
teams. Court for involuntary patients every other Fridays on unit
in person with Essex County Schedule of Days/Times Needed to Work/
Shift Hours: M-F 9-5 and rotating weekend coverage On call? Only on
assigned weekends during the day of coverage, nights are covered by
nocturnist Patient Load: 15 Board Status Requirement (BC/BE) Yes Is
there additional support staff? Yes, 1 psych APN Is the provider
working solo or with other providers? If so, whom? Solo on the
unit, but other providers within the division (Dr. Siddiqui and Dr.
Akbar) Are there Advanced Practice Providers? If yes, is the locums
provider responsible for them? 1 APN, collaborator would be medical
director Trauma Level of Work Location None EMR System? Epic Is the
Clinic EMR Different from the Hospital EMR? No List of individuals

Credentialling committee meets the first Wednesday of each month
Additional questions: 1. Is this all adults?adults only 2. For the
weekend coverage -what is the rotation? it is pickup based,
meaning, they submit their availability to work a weekend, there is
no set rotation 3. When do the weekend hours for on call start and
finish? Friday 5:00pm-Monday 8:00am? On call is the same as the
week days, so 9a-5p and the nocturnist group covers the off hours
4. Are the court appearances in person or telehealth? In person 5.
How many beds are in the unit? 22 mixed of voluntary and
