Develop mastery in evidence-based treatments through hands-on
experience and ongoing learning. Role Overview Youll provide
individual, group, and family therapy across our SUD/MH outpatient
services (PHP, IOP). Responsibilities include: Conducting
biopsychosocial assessments & utilizing ASAM/LOCUS criteria
Developing & updating individualized treatment plans Collaborating
with referral sources & community providers Maintaining strong
clinical documentation Utilizing evidence-based therapies (CBT, MI,
mindfulness, etc.) What Were Looking For Masters degree in Social
Work, Counseling, or related field Desired: LAC, LSW, LCADC
Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in mental health & substance use
treatment Knowledge of ASAM, DSM-V, NJSAMS , & electronic health
records Strong engagement, communication, and organizational skills
