Job Description Job Description A large, physician-owned gastroenterology group in southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist/Digestive Disease Associates (DDA) to join its established and highly respected practice. The group includes approximately 20 physicians across five locations, with a primary hub near a major regional hospital and additional offices throughout the surrounding suburbs. Practice Highlights Physician-owned, equal partnership model Two-year track to full partnership 4.5-day workweek Partners receive six weeks of time off annually Light call schedule with fellows covering first call Ambulatory surgery center (ASC) ownership opportunity beginning in Year Two Multiple ASCs across the region Strong teaching and mentoring environment with an internal fellowship program Robust research program with opportunities for additional income Culture This group is known for its collaborative culture, mutual respect, and true work-life balance.
