Overview Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia
Hand to Shoulder, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician
Assistant to join our team in Paoli, PA . As two of the region’s
most respected providers of orthopedic and upper extremity care, we

development. Position Summary Premier Orthopaedics is seeking a
skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our team at
the Paoli, PA office. As a critical member of our healthcare team,
you will collaborate with top-tier specialists, assist with
diagnostics, and contribute to our patients’ comprehensive care
journey. This is a full-time on-site role. Key Responsibilities
Patient Care: Take detailed histories, perform assessments, and
ensure patient needs are met with the highest quality care.
Diagnostic Procedures: Order, conduct, and interpret diagnostic
tests to support comprehensive care planning. Collaboration: Work
alongside physicians to assess, develop, and implement effective
treatment plans. Documentation & Record Keeping: Keep accurate,
up-to-date patient charts using Athena (or other EMR systems).
Medication Management: Administer prescribed medications and ensure
optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an
accredited Physician Assistant program. Bachelor’s degree required.
Licenses & Certifications: Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania
Physician Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain). Experience:
Minimum of 1 year as a Physician Assistant, ideally in orthopaedics
or a related field. Familiarity with Athena or other EMR systems
