This is a great opportunity to support patients in their rehabilitation journey and work alongside an experienced therapy team in a collaborative care environment. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility. Schedule: Full time- Varies based on clinic hours. Pay: $50-55/hr. Rates are negotiable based on experience. Duration: Direct Hire or contractor. You choose!
