Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -Minimum 2 years (recent) strong Med-Surg experience required. Preferred Skills & Experience: -N/A Education: Required Education: -ASN. Preferred Education: -BSN. Required Certifications & Licensure: -NIHSS -BLS-AHA -CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours -NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. Schedule Notes: /tShift : Day Hours Per Week : 36 Weekend Requirement : Every other Holiday Requirement : As needed On-Call Requirement : None Float Requirement : As needed Required Years of Experience 1 Preferred Years of Experience 2 Required Hard Skills : Assessment, EKG interpretation/cardiac rhythm analysis, hemodynamic monitoring, IV therapy/insertion, medication administration, wound care, patient and family education, and a working knowledge of inpatient hospice. Required Soft Skills : Critical thinking/problem solving, communication, collaboration, teamwork, attention to detail, composure under pressure, empathy/compassion, adaptability, and patience.
