This position is ideal for a nurse who is confident in high-acuity, critical care environments and comfortable caring for both adult ICU and neonatal ICU (NICU) populations. The role offers 12-hour night shifts and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced hospital setting. /n/n/nKey Responsibilities:/n/n /n/t - /n/t Deliver direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including NICU-level newborns and adult ICU patients /n/t /n/t - /n/t Monitor vital signs, ventilators, and infusion pumps, and respond rapidly to changes in condition /n/t /n/t - /n/t Collaborate with neonatologists, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care /n/t /n/t - /n/t Administer medications and treatments as prescribed /n/t /n/t - /n/t Provide emotional support and education to patients’ families /n/t /n/t - /n/t Document all care in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards /n/t /n/t - /n/t Maintain a safe, sterile, and compassionate patient environment /n/t /n /n/n/nQualifications:/n/n /n/t - /n/t Active RN license in New Jersey (Required) /n/t /n/t - /n/t BLS certification (AHA) (Required) /n/t /n/t - /n/t NRP certification (Required) /n/t /n/t - /n/t Recent in-hospital acute care experience (Preferred) /n/t /n/t - /n/t NICU experience (Required) /n/t /n/t - /n/t Strong clinical judgment and ability to perform in high-pressure situations /n/t /n/t - /n/t Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC preferred, if applicable) /n/t /n Sable Corporation Job ID 2025-117.
