Job Description:
Job Title: Radiology CAT Scan Technologist Profession:
Technologist Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day
Hours per Shift: 7.5 hours (08:00 AM - 04:00 PM) Experience:
Minimum 1 year required, 2 years preferred License: NYS DOH
Radiologic Technologist License R.T. (R) (ARRT) Certifications: BLS
Must-Have: Fluoroscopy experience preferred. Every other weekend
availability is required. Scrubs must match top and bottom, any
color, no patterns. No open-toed shoes or excessive jewelry. Long
hair must be tied back, and beards trimmed for fit testing. No
chipping paint on nails. Description: Perform diagnostic studies on
adults and pediatrics. Utilize GE and Siemens equipment for
scanning. Experience with Syngo RIS, Siemens Healthineers, and
Carestream PACS is preferred. Familiarity with new radiography
equipment is a plus. Able to work in a Level I Trauma setting.
Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is essential.
