Health Admission for a nursing job in Woodbridge, New Jersey.

with OASIS documentation and conducting Start of Care visits

Nurse (RN) you will be prepared to succeed and to deliver
exceptional care. Perform 1-3 Start of Care visits per day in a
small geographical territory, focusing on 1:1 care with each
patient Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive
care in accordance with individual care plan, including
administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort
care A current NJ nursing license in good standing. At least one
year of related experience, preferably in Home Health. Experience
with OASIS and completing Start of Care visits. As an accredited,
