Job Title: Phlebotomist III - Floater Location: New Haven, CT Duration: 3 months Shift: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Pay Range: $19.85/hr. to $21.79/hr. on w2 Summary: As a Phlebotomist III - Float, you represent the frontline of our organization, delivering high-quality, compassionate care through skilled blood collection. You will draw and prepare specimens for lab testing while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and trust. This role provides flexible coverage across multiple locations and settings, including Patient Service Centers (PSC), In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP), long-term care, and mobile visits. Key Responsibilities: · Perform skilled blood draws and specimen prep following safety protocols. · Float between sites as needed, covering various roles and shifts. · Build patient trust through clear communication and professional care. · Lead and support phlebotomy teams; train and mentor new staff. · Act as a point of contact for onsite support and client onboarding. · Handle high-volume and complex accounts requiring strong coordination with departments such as Sales, IT, and Billing. · Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent customer service.
