Job Description:
This inpatient rehab Physical Therapist position offers a
$15,000 sign-on bonus and day shifts at Southwest Medical
Center.
Provides ethical, cost-effective management, delivery, and
documentation of physical therapy services aligned with care plans
and regulations.
Interprets referrals, assesses patients comprehensively,
develops/modifies care plans, and coordinates with the clinical
team.
Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants, may act as a clinical
instructor, and assists with staff orientation.
Requires Oklahoma PT licensure or eligibility, BLS/CPR
certification, and effective communication skills.
Involves exposure to hazards, equipment, and physical demands, with
potential for high stress, variable schedules, and float
responsibilities.
