Job Description:

ImageCare Radiology is looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for our West Orange office.The schedule will be Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.The Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to assist Physician, Anesthesiologist or Technologist in providing quality professional and knowledgeable medical care to their patients. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Triage patients and prepare them for exam. Organize and research patient records as needed for daily patient schedule. Treat and care for patients within scope of state medical guideline.Assist Technologist with patient care, treatment and education.Assist Technologist with any adverse reactions a patient might experience with contrast injections (Shortness of breath, Rash).Document in patients' medical record as needed with regards to treatment and progress notes.Perform diagnostic procedures as trained and administer injections. Pre and post procedure teaching.
