As we look for a nurse with experience with GTs for a weekend case. - Summit Home Care has a phenomenal education program that we offer to new grads and RN/LPNs looking to freshen up their skills.
We are a full-service PDN agency with an immediate need for Licensed nurses to work with our clients. - We have tons of options for work; we offer full-time and part-time options with nights, days, or weekend hours available. - -This opportunity awaits motivated and ambitious professionals looking to work with a great agency.
Responsibilities:

• Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
  
• Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
  
• Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly
  
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

• Current RN/LPN license in the state
  
• Up to date first aid and CPR certification
