- Customer Obsession: Build deep relationships with our largest enterprise customers, understand their jobs, and develop roadmaps to solve their problems while growing Axon's business. Always work back from the customer to serve the public effectively.
- Leadership & Vision: Provide leadership across all functions, creating clear direction and influencing engineering, manufacturing, sales, and other teams to prioritize customer needs.
- Critical Thinking & Writing: Produce detailed product visions, specifications, and strategies that align stakeholders and clarify goals.
- Influence & Trust: Establish trust with senior leaders and technical teams, representing your domain effectively at company forums and conferences.
- Deliver Results: Own the entire product lifecycle-from
conception to post-launch analysis-showing ownership and
problem-solving skills for complex initiatives.What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years in software product organizations, with at least 2 in leadership roles
- 1+ years working with large enterprise customers
- Willingness to travel 25-30% for customer engagement and evaluations
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, collaboration, and influence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
