My client is a award winning mid sized Architectural firm with multiple offices in New Jersey. They are licensed to work in a variety of states across the country and they are looking to add a Jr Project Manager to their team. This opportunity offers employees with a chance to work on different projects in multiple states, continued education and potential bonuses. They are looking to add someone to their team immediately. Description:- Use REVIT to produce construction drawings for a variety of commercial projects including retail and hospitality- Desire to run architectural projects from inception through completion; will be involved in all phases of projects from initial surveys, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction drawings, and construction administration. - Manage a small team or production level, Jr candidates- Ability to produce construction drawing sets- Commercial project experience required - retail architecture experience is a huge plus. - Involvement in schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration- Travel to job sites - conduct existing condition surveys About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
