Job Description:
Summary Job Description: The HR Manager oversees all human
resources activities within Spectrum360 and serves as a strategic
HR partner to senior management in the development of a superior
workforce. Additionally, the HR Manager assists in developing a
company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement,
and high performance while ensuring legal compliance. The HR
Manager will also fulfill all the duties of the Chief Compliance
Officer. Responsibilities: ? Oversee the management and execution
of all benefits/compensation packages. ? Ensure compliance with
organizational HR policies. ? Oversee work with ADP to ensure
appropriate and timely information to staff about
benefits/compensation. ? Oversee onboarding of new staff. ? Oversee
new hire recruitment, selection, and transition to employment. ?
Review and recommend compensation strategies within the
organization's philosophies and strategies for new hires,
promotions, transfers, and merit adjustments. ? Assist with leading
staff professional development opportunities and ensuring the same
are in place for all employees. ? Oversee all investigations of
staff. ? Be accountable to the Executive Director/CEO and Board of
Trustees in the role of Chief Compliance Officer. ? Provide
day-to-day direction for all aspects of human resources. ? Oversee
separation process for departing employees. ? Serve as a trusted
partner with leadership staff to ensure a consistent and measurable
performance management strategy is implemented throughout the
organization.? Develop, operationalize, and oversee monitoring of a
performance evaluation process, working with senior management to
ensure goals are met. ? Ensure compliance with all local, state,
and federal laws while supporting employee growth and development.
? Oversee employee appreciation program. ? Plan and participate in
periodic staff team-building exercises (i.e. volunteer service
projects, fun activities). ? Stay abreast of the nonprofit sector
and human resources trends through relevant webinars, books,
articles, blogs, and other sources. ? Oversee revisions or updates
to the company's Employee Handbook as necessary on an annual basis.
? Oversee the administration of human resource programs including,
but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary
matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent
management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational
health and safety; and training and development. ? Identify
staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices
for hiring and talent management. ? Conduct research and analysis
of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics
from ADP and other available HR data systems. ? Monitor and ensure
the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local
employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices;
review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance. ?
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes,
and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and
employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in
policy, practice, and resources to senior management. ? Facilitate
professional development, training, and certification activities
for HR staff. ? Consult with an employment attorney on human
resource issues that require legal input.Qualifications: ? Master's
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field preferred. ? At least five years of human resource management
leadership experience are required. ? SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly
preferred. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ?
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. ? Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail. ? Excellent time
management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. ? Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Strong supervisory and
leadership skills. ? Ability to adapt to the needs of the
organization and employees. ? Ability to prioritize tasks and
delegate them when appropriate. ? Thorough knowledge of
employment-related laws and regulations. ? Proficient in current
software and technology. ? Proficiency with, or the ability to
quickly learn, the organization's ADP and other HR data systems.
Summary Job Description: The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)
oversees the Spectrum360 Corporate Compliance Program and ensures
appropriate handling of instances of suspected or known illegal or
unethical conduct. Responsibilities: ? Oversee the Corporate
Compliance Program. ? Revise the Program as needed in light of
changes in the needs of the organization or changes in the law,
policies, and procedures of the government. ? Provide at annual
staff orientation a reminder to all staff as to the purpose and
process of the Corporate Compliance Program. ? Ensure that the I360
program List of Excluded Individuals and Entities has been checked
with respect to all employees, medical staff, and independent
contractors. ? Review and investigate all allegations of illegal or
unethical behavior by staff (utilizing legal counsel as needed) and
report such allegations immediately to the ED/CEO. ? Report on an
ongoing basis to the ED/CEO any investigations and corrective
actions.? Provide a quarterly report (as needed) on all
investigations. The ED/CEO will also share these quarterly reports
with the Spectrum360 Board of Trustees. ? Report on an ongoing
basis to the Board of Trustees on any allegations of illegal or
unethical behavior on the part of the ED/CEO. In those instances,
any investigations or corrective actions will be handled by the
Board of Trustees. Qualifications: ? Certification in Human
Resources or a minimum of five years' experience in Human
Resources. ? Knowledge of current Compliance and Employment laws
and HR regulations. ? Ability to establish and maintain healthy
working relationships with people in the course of work. ? Strong
level of influence and negotiation skills. ? Ability to meet tight
deadlines and targets and work alone on a broad variety of
projects. ? Good judgment and decision-making skills. ? Proficient
in current software and technology. ? Knowledge of QuickBooks and
ADP Payroll and Human Resources modules. *The CCO reports to and is
directly responsible to the Executive Director/CEO for all staff
issues unless it relates to allegations against the ED/CEO. In that
instance, the CCO reports directly to the Board of Trustees through
the Board President. NOTE: This job description is not intended to

needed and assigned by the supervisor to meet the ongoing needs of
Spectrum360, and certain qualification requirements may be waived
with the final approval of the Executive Director/CEO.
