Job Description:

OVERVIEW This position supports the delivery of marine civil and submarine cable construction projects by working closely with the Project Manager to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Project Engineer will contribute to planning, field operations, documentation, and coordination with subcontractors, clients, and regulatory representatives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management 0–4 years of experience in heavy civil construction Willingness to travel and work from project sites, including periodic overnight stays Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments Effective written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience assisting with scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination Familiarity with document control processes and safety compliance practices Exposure to construction reporting tools and estimation processes LOCATION: Northeast United States COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS $150k base salary Travel-related expenses covered as required for project assignments Standard benefits package including health coverage and paid time off
