We’re looking for a skilled Full-Time HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean, code-compliant installs and wants a long-term home with a growing company. Position Overview The Full-Time HVAC Installer will be responsible for residential system installations, equipment change-outs, and supporting the installation team on full system replacements. This role is focused primarily on installations (not service-heavy), making it ideal for installers who enjoy build-outs, precision work, and clean mechanical setups. Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems including: Furnaces Air Conditioners Heat Pumps Boilers Ductless Systems Complete equipment change-outs and full system installations Fabricate and modify ductwork as needed Follow manufacturer specifications and local mechanical codes Ensure clean, organized, and professional job sites Properly start up and test systems after installation Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members Represent Region Home Services professionally at all times Requirements 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to read installation manuals and basic wiring diagrams Valid driver’s license and clean driving record EPA Certification (required) Own basic hand tools Ability to lift 50 lbs Comfortable working in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and rooftops Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Consistent full-time hours Advancement opportunities as the company grows Professional, respectful work environment No micromanaging — we hire adults and treat them like adults Who This Role Is For Experienced installers looking for stability HVAC pros who take pride in clean, organized installs Team players who want long-term growth Professionals who want to be part of a growing company with high standards
