Job Description Job Description We have a new opportunity for a
Truck Shop Service Manager in the Doylestown, PA region. Working
with a notable Class Eight repair and hauling center, this position
oversees shop and technician processes, working directly with
driver/customers, and ensuring profitability across departments.
Company growth potential, and working alongside upper management.
Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000/year salary 10% Bonus Potential
401K, Health Benefits, PTO Shift/Schedule: Monday to Friday Day
Shift Operational Needs Requirements: 5 Years in a Management
position, Service, Parts, Foreman. Class Eight, Heavy-Duty Diesel
background needed. Ability to direct, hire, manage a team of Diesel
Technicians. Ensure P&L reporting, parts/service process. Work
directly with clients/customers, business development on fleet
contracts. Liaison between Service, Towing, Heavy Equipment, Parts
departments. Selected candidate will be subject to background
checks, drug screening.
