PE / EIT credential. Design and develop plumbing systems (including domestic water, sanitary, stormwater, natural gas, and specialty piping systems). Perform hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, equipment selection, and layout design in accordance with local codes and standards (e.g.: IPC, ASPE, & NFPA). Prepare construction documents (including drawings, specifications, and schedules). Collaborate with Architects, Structural Engineers, and other disciplines to ensure seamless project coordination. Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to verify compliance with design intent & code requirements. Assist in preparing technical reports, proposals, and engineering studies.
